1. Software License

Upon successful payment, we grant you a **"Lifetime License"** for the "FileTrace Lifetime License" product. This license is:

• Lifetime: The license is valid for the lifetime of the product, "FileTrace," as long as it is maintained by us.
• Non-Exclusive: We grant the same license to all customers.
• Non-Transferable: You may not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license to any other person or entity.
• Limited: The license grants you the right to use the Software as intended. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software. You may not redistribute the Software.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways, Razorpay and PayPal. We are not responsible for any errors, fees, or data handling by these processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment gateway.

3. Order Fulfillment

Upon successful payment verification, your order will be fulfilled within few minutes:

1. An email will be sent to the email address you provided, containing a unique download link and license code.
2. A download link will be made available on the payment success page.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to secure your download and license key.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales of the Software are final. Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once the software has been delivered. Please review our full **Cancellations and Refunds Policy** for details.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and the Software, including all original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of FileTrace and its licensors. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall FileTrace, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
